YOUR STAY

Upon your arrival at the airport (starting Thursday October 2024 3rd) our volunteers will be there to welcome you and take you to the shuttle in the parking. You will receive an information sheet and get all necessary information regarding your stay at the ATLAS QUEST base camp.

Your transfers will be by shuttlebuses from the airport parking. Transfer time to the plateau of Oukaïmeden is about 1h30.

Shuttle departures from the airport : Thursday the 3rd : 11 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM  and Friday the 4th 11 AM , 2 PM

Return from Oukaimeden : Monday the 7th  5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AP, 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 AM

Camping (included in the registration fee)
The campsite holds some 100 16m2 tents, each one designed to welcome 4 to 5 persons and equipped with mattresses. You must bring your own sleeping bag and clothing adapted to sleeping at low temperatures (nighttime temperatures are below zero). Sanitary equipment (WC for men& women, showers) is situated 50 meters from the camp site. The campsite is under surveillance 24/7 during your stay. When making your registration you can indicate the persons you wish to share your tent with.

You are proposed several activities, all are included in your ATLAS QUEST registration fee.

Berber Village  (duration 3h)

During a hike (6km 400D+/D-). you will discover an authentic Berber village where your guide will make you discover the history, the culture, but also the daily life of the first inhabitants of Morocco and the Atlas: The Berbers
